One of our favorite family traditions is apple picking in the fall! We have gone to the same farm every year since we have been married!
This year was no different. It was one of our first outings as a family of four:)
Although little sister was asleep for most of the apple picking fun, she loved being out in the fresh air:)
My sister, her husband, my niece and sister-in-law also joined us this year.
We wanted to make an apple pie with all the apples we picked, but maybe next weekend…
Hard to believe that it has already been two weeks since we welcomed our second daughter <3
I am so thankful for the doctors and nurses who understood why I did not want my baby to have a 9/11 birth date. Since I had to be induced, they were able to wait until Thursday evening to start the process so that she could be born the following day:)
Big Sister has been great!!! She is so excited to help in any way she can with the baby. She looks forward to coming home from school and has been patient with the crying and late night feedings 🙂
Although it has only been two weeks, it is hard to remember or imagine life without her!!
This is now what our Saturday mornings will look like:)
My little peanut, at 4.5 years old, started her first “pre-AYSO” soccer practices this past weekend and since I am *still* pregnant I was able to watch!
She really liked it and had a lot of fun – which makes me really happy since I played soccer thru college.
